There is so much magic in the beautiful experience of marriage. I could write books about why I love love and how photographing weddings is my passion, but I'll sum it up this way:

Having been a full time photographer for over 14 years, I have seen styles come and go. I want your
wedding images to stand the test of time. Let's face it, classic is never regrettable. I also value both well-posed and candid, photojournalistic images and your wedding gallery will include both.
No matter the time of day or location, I will work hard to find or create the best lighting conditions to create beautiful images. I especially love golden sunlight and including that in my images has become a signature style element.
I have an eye for detail, so if there is something out of place, I usually catch it. I also have a "nicely bossy" ability to make things happen for you, including timeline assistance and organization.

my approach to photography
Creativity runs in my blood. As a daughter of a fine art painter, I inherited a natural sense of design, space, color and light. More importantly...as a woman, a mom, wife, a daughter, a friend and an all around regular gal, I am passionate about people, all of life's journeys, this beautiful world we get to live in, and the good around us. I love capturing what I see and feel and connecting with each of the clients I am blessed to serve.
In my spare time (what is that?!)...I am obsessed with my family and our cat, two dogs, five chickens (yeah, what were we thinking?!), cooking or finding good food, travel and dreaming of the next adventure, home decor and organization, fashion and trends, curbing my Anthropologie obsession, gardening and plants (lots of plants!). I am not a super moderate person by nature and I love to laugh a lot (and probably too loudly) and make friends with everyone I meet. I am a right and left brained person (rare), but I can't wink or whistle (what the heck?!). I like to keep things real. I'm also a proud Arizona native and even though I travel a lot and fall in love with so many places, I will always call the desert home.
